1 General Terms and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement that applies to the use of the betnaga platform and all its services. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.
1.1 Key Definitions
- "Platform" means the betnaga website, mobile application and all related digital services.
- "User" means any person who has registered on the platform or is in the process of registering.
- "Account" means the personal user profile created through registration.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in a user's account, which may be displayed separately as real money and bonus money.
- "Bonus Funds" means funds granted under a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the specified amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
1.2 Scope of the Terms
These Terms apply to all services — sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and any other gaming products. Separate terms may exist for specific games or promotions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant service page. In case of conflict, those specific terms will take precedence.
2 Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account at betnaga and use any betting or gaming service, you must be at least 21 years old 21+. Any attempt by a person under this age to create an account is strictly prohibited. You are required to submit valid identification documents for age verification.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, the same device or the same IP address is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and accumulated bonuses may be cancelled.
2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be completely accurate and up to date. If an account is suspended or closed due to false information, the user bears full responsibility. Any changes to information must be updated immediately through customer support.
2.4 Identity Verification
betnaga reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require a copy of a national ID card, passport or birth certificate. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
3 Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately and notify betnaga customer support.
All transactions and bets made from your account will be treated as your own actions, unless you immediately report unauthorised access. betnaga will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from a breach of account security caused by the user's own negligence.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at betnaga is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact customer support with the payment reference number.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.
4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Users must deposit and withdraw using a payment account registered in their own name. Using a payment account registered in a third party's name is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be placed under investigation and funds may be temporarily held.
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount — in the above example, you must place ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the offer description.
- A maximum bet limit from bonus funds may apply.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless stated otherwise in the offer description.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit for receiving the bonus, the bonus funds will be cancelled.
- betnaga reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If creating multiple accounts to earn bonuses, making multiple claims from the same household, or any unusual betting pattern is detected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be placed under investigation.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, betnaga will settle the bet in accordance with the relevant rules. Odds changing during live betting is normal and the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
6.2 Technical Errors
If the result of a game is irregular due to a technical fault in the software or server, betnaga reserves the right to void that round. In this case, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account. Attempting to exploit any display error in the system is prohibited.
6.3 Game Provider Rules
Games available on the betnaga platform are operated by various game studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Spribe. The rules of each individual game will apply and the result produced by the game software will be considered final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and if detected, the account will be immediately suspended:
If any of the above activities are proven, all winnings and bonuses associated with the relevant account may be forfeited and law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Account Closure by betnaga
betnaga reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated.
- If registration was completed using false or misleading information.
- If cooperation with identity verification is refused.
- For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 consecutive months).
- By order of a court or authority.
8.2 Account Closure by the User

9 Limitation of Liability
betnaga is committed to maintaining the quality of its services. However, the platform's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:
- If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue.
- If account security is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
- If the service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, cyberattack or any other event beyond our control.
- Due to delay or error by a third-party payment provider.
In any circumstance, the maximum financial liability of betnaga will be equal to the actual balance in the user's account (excluding bonuses).
10 Privacy and Data Protection
betnaga uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect users' personal information. The Privacy Policy is equally important alongside these Terms and both form part of a complete agreement.

11 Responsible Gaming Policy

12.2 Partial Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that specific part will be severed and all remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
